At Blossom & Bloom, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how our refund and return process works:
Returns & Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
When Partial Refunds May Apply
In some cases, only a partial refund can be granted, such as when:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not caused by us).
- The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?
Refunds may take a little time to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you haven’t received it after checking with them, please reach out to us at harriet@bloomyoga.co.za and we’ll gladly assist.
Sale Items
Please note that sale items are non-refundable. Refunds are only available for full-priced products.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange an item if it’s defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at harriet@bloomyoga.co.za with the details.
Gifts
- If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we’ve received your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
- If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go directly to them.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:

- You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
- For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
