Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Blossom & Bloom. We’re delighted to prepare your order with care and ensure it reaches you safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days once payment has been received.  Please note: Orders placed after 13h00 on Fridays, over weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, there may be slight delays. Should this occur, we’ll reach out via email or phone to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time: 1 – 3 working days.
If your order is urgent, please email us to explore alternative options.

Shipment Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of receiving your confirmation email, kindly contact us at harriet@bloomyoga.co.za with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate promptly.

Damages in Transit

Blossom & Bloom is not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the packaging and items,

  • Keep all packaging materials, and

  • Contact us immediately at harriet@bloomyoga.co.za

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. Blossom & Bloom cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly provided addresses.

Shipping Availability

At present, we are only able to ship within South Africa.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
