If you’re interested in your hormones and the fluctuations that begin from around the age of 35; if you know that you’re already riding the waves of peri menopause and struggling to recognise or manage the symptoms, or if you think you’re already deep into or on the cusp of menopause; this is for you.

Harriet Came of Blossom & Bloom and Dr Simone Silver, Medical Doctor (endocrinologist), Functional Medicine & founder of The Hormonal Health & Wellness Centre in Cape Town are excited to be running this three hour workshop delving into peri menopause & beyond.

There will be a 60 – 90 minute presentation, a break and then a 90 minute Q & A session.
